Account blocked since 12 days!

Since 24/08, Curve blocked my account for a verification regarding a card that I use since the beginning of Curve. I send Curve the proof via email like requested, open 2 tickets and despite all this, Curve still didn’t reactivate my account!

I’m disappointed as investor to see that nobody contact me to solve this problem and lose 12 days of membership.
