I added a card to curve yesterday, it failed the verification process and now the app won’t let me do anything other than retry it. I can’t even cancel it…I’ve tried on another phone and get exactly the same issue!!
please contact the customer support.
Also try to delete the app and delete your cache then wait a bit and install Curve again.
I have tried to contact them, on the site using the contact form, via email and on twitter. I get no response, for a company that deals with financial services I find this unacceptable.
Seriously considering closing my account.
