Any purchase rejected

Good afternoon, since I activated the card and received the physical one, any purchase is rejected, also if I try to add the card to google play it gives me an error due to possible rooting (which I don’t have) or other interference … the email used it’s different from the one I’ve used here.

After you have activated your physical card, the card details in the app were updated. So make sure you use the correct (updated) card details (when doing an online purchase). If you have done so and the issue persists please contact curve support through the app or by email (support@curve.app). Since this is a user community we don’t have access to your account.
