I just wanted to get the Curve app working and followed the steps to create an account. After adding my Visa debit card, it seems that there were some problems in the process of adding the card to my account. I got the following screen:
Unfortunately, I have no chance to get to any menu. I am stuck to this screen, no matter what I am doing. Deleting the data of the app, reinstalling the app - nothing solves the issue. I also contacted the support some days ago, but got no answer. Any ideas how I can reset this and start adding the card again?
