App issue!

Hi there, can anyone help me? I cannot enter curve app anymore, always getting this error to be seen on the screenshot attached. The issue started after I had an in app chat with the support. Unfortunately I’m getting no response to my mails I already send to support. Reinstalling the app did not help to fix the issue. I’m using android 11 on a Samsung device. Help is much appreciated. Thank you.
