App tells card is shipped, but I did not provide address

please could anyone tell me how I order my first curve card

Not sure which step of the ordering process is unsuccessful for you. Maybe you can elaborate.
First step is to install the Curve app on your smartphone.

I’ve already downloaded the app and added the cards to my account, on the app it tells me that the card has been shipped, I’m trying to understand how curve can send me my card when I never provided them with my home address

For me that’s also difficult to understand :slightly_smiling_face:.
Maybe you can post some screenshots of the current ‘situation’ in your Curve app so other users might figure out what is the issue.
Since this is a User community we don’t have access to your account.

Is there any number that k can call for customer service?

In principle the number is only for emergencies (like a stolen card).

You can send support an email (support@curve.app) or contact them on Twitter (AskCurve).
