Auto-spend and Transfer from Curve cash

Dear team Curve
It’s been a while since we had an update on product developments. We were told auto-spend and transfer from Curve cash were expected some time ago but there’s been no updates since then. Please can you shed some light on how that’s progressing?

In addition, mentioning previous items by @TsotFin, refunds on Curve Cash are not sustainable.
Why they are not? Potentially, by refund on Curve Cash, the currency is changed from original spend currency to GBP - simple words, customers are losing their money on such conversion they did not ask. Usage of Curve Card, in this case, is more questionable and I would prefer regular bank cards.
If Curve is not able to provide normal service, then advise your customers about it - not to lose time & time in certain urgent cases.
