Beta tester - problems with zip code

Since i got my investor card, i am refused transactions on it if i use it for online, where i need to insert zip number. my zip should be 10000, but retailer states it is wrong and declines transaction - i am though being charged on curve (and refunded a day or two later).

BTW - in app contact / help / report error is not working as well!
