I was struggling with the support via the app a little bit. I had a problem with a transaction, so I went through the links so that I can write to the support. And then I found out, that there is a whole part of the application where you have all the support tickets (and apparently connected through Zendesk) in an nice overview.
But getting to the overview is really hard. Would it be possible to add a link to that overview? There is already a “Report A Problem” link on the “Card” tab, so maybe add something there?
I can only speak about the situation on iOS, not sure about Android.
