ENGLISH. hello and good morning, I did an amazon order days ago, then I send back to amazon the object, i received back instantly the amount from amazon on the curve account/card, but then I did not receive at all the amount on my card used with curve, I try to send many times email and messages to the curve team, No answer at all, I already stop to use Curve at all. But I want to sort it out because the amount is 119€
italian: giorni fa ho fatto un ordine amazon, quale poi ho restituito, usando la carta curve. Ho subito ricevuto il rimborso da amazon sulla carta curve e quindi visualizzabile sul mio account curve, ma l’importo non mi è mai stato accreditato sulla carta che usavo su curve, sono giorni che lo segnalo ma nessuno, dico nessuno si degna di rispondere, è chiaro che qualsiasi utente al mio posto non userà più curve… chiedo aiuto per risolvere questo problema, nessuno del team curve mi risponde
