This morning I got a refund where Curve is claiming they could not match a refund with Card drawn on - And therefore the transaction is put on curve cash (which is not DKK). Problem is that I had my GBP card exchanged with a DKK card and spend limit has been reached. Why I do not know - but all payments are rejected! So what use do I have of curve cash?? None!
I have adressed the spend limit subject on the support e-mail - But they have not come back so far (3 days).
I find it unacceptable to use the term - We could not match - Curve could use a reverse “anti embarresement” mode instead.!
