Cancelled account

I cancelled my account and I had ordered a metal card and I was supposed to get a refund and I still haven’t it was in its cooling period but I still haven’t reveived it’s cooling period. I cancelled it and I emailed them and they said they have no orders to it so what’s happening cause I’ve been charged for it.
But will I get a refund cause I fully cancelled my account
