Cannot activate new Card after subscription upgrade

I upgraded from Blue to Black last week and have my new card.
I have tried to activate in the app but it does not seem to work.
I have tried to contact support via the app but not had a response.
Please advise.

I sent it via the app over the weekend. They have now replied and are working to resolve the issue.
