Can't access my account on mobile

I tried to access curve on my mobile today and it asked for login details rather than the usual finger print. Now it won’t recognise previous login details and wants me to set up a new account, nothing is working and I can’t access my account and funds. HELP
Tried downloading app again but says number already in use…but I can’t access it aarrrgghhh

Sorry to hear you’re having issues signing back in.

On this screen select, “I already have an account”

You’re only asked for a phone number when you go through the account creation journey which you don’t want to be doing if you already have an account.
