Can't access the account tab on the app

I am unable to access the account tab on the app because I have no internet connection but I can see my cards can someone please help because I can’t even access support chat

I just tried accessing the ‘Account’ tab without any network connectivity and it seems to work fine. Are you on the latest version of the app?

  • OS
  • make and model of your device
  • version of the Curve app you use

Curve version: 2.75.2
