Can't add curve card in Google pay

Hi there,

I can’t add the Curve card in my Google Pay app. It’s maybe because i added it once and deleted it. Somewhere in this Help section I’ve seen, that if I added the card once, your system thinks it’s already added and I cannot add it again. I’m getting to the “We are contacting your bank to verify” screen and it instantaneously redirects me to the “sorry we can’t add your card, try again later or add different payment method” screen. Please help!

i recently switched from Honor V20 to Samsung S20 FE without any issues in re-adding my Curve Card.
Did you check if you accidently typed a number wrong? If everything is correct then please contact the Curve Customer Support via Email or by calling the number on the back of your card.
