Can't add Curve Metal to Apple, Google or Samsung Pay

I have been using the standard Curve card for about a year and have had it set up on both Samsung and Google pay.

I upgraded to Curve Metal and had virtual card setup on Samsung pay.

I now have my physical card and have activated it on the app. I can not add it to Apple, Google or Samsung pay. I receive an error every time telling me to contact Curve (I will but it turns out “priority support, anytime, anywhere” is a bit of a lie as the app says I can only contact them Monday-Friday).

I have removed all previous Curve cards from the wallet apps. I have locked and unlocked the card. I have removed all my cards on the app and readded them. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have checked the settings and balance of the active card.

None of this has made any difference. Any ideas?
