my physical card arrived June 02, so I removed my virtual Curve card (which I had used successfully) from Google Pay and tried to add the physical card. Sadly, over a period of several hours, adding it always fails, whether I tried to do it manually or by using the “Add to GPay” button in the Curve app.
I contacted support, got a reply from email@example.com June 03 (“We are looking into this and will be back in touch as soon as possible.”), but haven’t heard anything from support since. Also, the (activated) physical card doesn’t work either, so I can’t use Curve at all now.
I couldn’t reach a human being when I tried calling the number on the card, any other ideas? Should I email support again?
