I’ve recently opened a new bank account, trying to add the card to Curve but I just get the message “we’re having a few problems, please try later”. It’s been doing it for 3 days now. There’s no connection issues and the card is active and fine when I use it by itself. I have updated the app, and restarted my phone, but still no joy.
Have you contacted firstname.lastname@example.org? Worth dropping them an email in case they need to fix anything in your account.
I haven’t, as my Curve card works fine with all the existing cards I have on it, but it’s worth a try.
