Hi, my subscription card is expiring soon and I just got the new card. So I was trying to update my card by removing it and adding the new card. But Curve doesn’t allow me to remove the expiring card as it’s the subscription payment card. And I also can’t move subscription to any card as I keep getting the same error message - tried all cards. Please help me with this. I believe the subscription renewal date is approaching and the old card has stopped working as I have activated the new card… Don’t want to lose my subscription.
Also, it has been 2 days since Curve support reached out to me. Still not solved yet.
