Can't get help on app because open query blocks me from raising new query

How can I create a new ticket? The app will not let me open a new one, only add to an existing open ticket but that ticket seems to have been abandoned by Curve.

It was opened over a month ago. Last update from Curve was on 21 Sept. I was asked to provide some additional information. I did so the same day. Not had any follow-up since despite me posting requests for updates.

Good luck trying to get help anywhere. I raised an issue at the beginning of August and I’m still waiting further response.
