Card limits reached (documents sent a month ago)

Hello, i joined curve early in june… Used the card all june and then suddenly from 20th june card was refused in every place.
I contacted the support and they told me to send documents for verification.
I did that but card is still unusable since 1 month.

I tried to contact support again but noone is replying from 7th july.
Anyonw is in the same situation?

How can i solve?

I put curve cards in 10+ website like amazon, paypal, gpay… Everytime i got payment refused and change card… So annoying

Unfortunately we can’t check your account on the forum as we’re Curve users just like you! It’s best to get in touch with the support team through your app or through Twitter DM (@AskCurve) so they can take a look!

They maybe blocked your card and support ignores you now. i waited 7 weeks to hear, that my account got canceled, for no reason.
