I do not know what has happened to my Curve card recently. I can not use it in any way. Could you please help me with this? It may need to be replaced.

My advice is to be patient.
That some users can not contact support from the app is very annoying, but a known issue.
And by “patient” its meant to wait for a reply something like 14-21 days. Just to manage your expectations…
