Card stopped working - no support

Hello everybody,

it’s been almost a month since my card stopped working and I contacted support for help. Still today the card is still not working and I don’t know what to do.

I’ve tried both physical and online payments but the card gets refused every time. Tried also to switch from one card to another inside the Curve app but it doesn’t change anything.
I’m based in Italy and tried local payments as online payments on different websites.

Did anyone experience something similar in the past? Is there anything I can do?

I really like the Curve card and I was thinking about upgrading to the metal one but since I can’t get the right support I think I should quit it.

Did you check the cards you added to Curve?
Check that you have all the permissions for online and foreign transactions.
Also, could you tell me what type of cards you added to Curve?

Lastly, in declined transactions, is there a reason?

Ti ringrazio per il supporto, ho appena scritto su Twitter ad @AskCurve - per rispondere a quello che mi hai scritto ho provato diverse carte che avevo disponibili sia PostePay che Hype/YAP ma sembra non funzionare più niente.
Non ricevo nessun particolare messaggio se non il fatto che la transazione viene rifiutata per qualsiasi cosa

Hai provato con carte di debito e non con delle prepagate? Ti faccio questa domanda, perché alcune prepagate non sono compatibili con Curve.

Fai un check con qualche debit card e tienimi aggiornato.

ho usato anche Bancoposta per fare la prova che dovrebbe essere una carta di debito ma stesso risultato
