it’s been almost a month since my card stopped working and I contacted support for help. Still today the card is still not working and I don’t know what to do.
I’ve tried both physical and online payments but the card gets refused every time. Tried also to switch from one card to another inside the Curve app but it doesn’t change anything.
I’m based in Italy and tried local payments as online payments on different websites.
Did anyone experience something similar in the past? Is there anything I can do?
I really like the Curve card and I was thinking about upgrading to the metal one but since I can’t get the right support I think I should quit it.
