If we pay yearly why cant we swap to monthly? Or other way around?
Hey Adam, if you sign up to Curve Metal and pay the yearly fee then a 12-month subscription is created for you on our system. If you were to change to monthly, the rest of your yearly fee would need to be refunded before your monthly fee is charged. There could potentially be a gap or crossover of the two subscriptions which would cause issues.
It’s not possible to do it in the app at the moment but our support team can help in some cases. So if you really need to change from one to the other then it’s worth asking!
