I verified a N26 card, was charged EUR 0.85 on it but didn’t get the refund. How can I get it??
Curve issues the refund directly, but it takes sometime to appear as a refund on your bank statement.
It can take up to 14 working days (depends on your bank) until you receive your refund.
Also sometimes you have the transaction as “pending” (or “reserved” based on the bank) and then it is cancelled later on. As @FlareCO said, I would also suggest waiting few days (especially if you did it on weekend) and then contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and I’m sure it will be sorted out
