Cashback not received

Basically ive added curve to my samsung pay so i use my phone to pay ive also added it to my googlepay ive even clicked on offers went to the website orderd food etc but still no cashback nothing in pending or active i have it linked to my bank account but literally not benefiting for using it?

There is a short delay between making a purchase while a Reward is active and receiving the cashback for it. If you’re worried that a reward hasn’t worked correctly then it’s worth double-checking the terms and conditions for this specific reward in the Curve app and then reaching out to our support team by raising a ticket in the app. They’ll be happy to check for any errors for you there!
