Chargeback for cancelled holiday

Due to the current crisis I’ve had a holiday cancelled and no way of contacting the Travel Operator.
I paid every instalment via my Curve card.
Does anyone have any experience of a successful chargeback please?

Yes, I’ve had 2x successful chargeback claims via Curve. In the first instance you need to inform Customer Services that you wish to make a chargeback claim and supply them with a brief summary. They will then pass your request to another department who will take up your claim from there.
