Charged 2 times in card verification?

Curve App said there should be only 1 charge.
But I was charged 2 times in the card verification process:

  1. Firstly a 1 USD charge which was canceled immediately.
  2. Then a random charge about 1.5-2 USD.

Should Curve update the description of card verification?

And, the second charges are not canceled after the cards are verified successfully.

And, the verification code (C-XXXXXX) was not in the first charge, it’s in the second charge.

Curve said it’s in the first charge!
I called my bank several times to find the verification code in the first charge and they told me there’s no verification code… :frowning:

So, the description of the verification process on Curve App is a little misleading.

I think Curve should update the description.

I also sent an inapp message to the support team to ask why there’s not verification code.

Curve said they have too many messages to reply. But, I need not contact the support team IF Curve App gives me clear/correct instructions.

Similarly, they declined your payments without revealing any meaningful information in the App.

So, the only thing you can do is asking the support team. It’s not surprise to get a reply several days later.
