We are closing our prepaid programme by the end of 2018, meaning if you haven’t upgraded to a debit card, your Curve card will stop working in December. Over the past few months, we sent everyone who made at least one transaction in 2018 a replacement debit card. If you are yet to activate that card or didn’t receive a replacement, please message me with the email address you signed up with so we can send you a new card.
How do know I have a debit card?
All debit cards have the word ‘debit’ on the front or a hologram on the back with the word debit.
