I’ve been a long time user (over 2 years now). Here’s a short list of events:
- Metal upgrades weren’t offered here in Iceland
- Support after 6 months eventually said it wasn’t a priority
- My card was changed to a personal one (by customer care)
- The card didn’t arrive even after a month
- I went to downgrade
- Found out that recently the mechanism changed and it can’t be done without customer support (who are now absent)
After all this, I went to cancel my account and found that this isn’t possible without the non-existent customer card either. This is a total scam. I will just have to report this to my credit card providers.
