Completely scammed

I’ve been a long time user (over 2 years now). Here’s a short list of events:

  • Metal upgrades weren’t offered here in Iceland
    • Support after 6 months eventually said it wasn’t a priority
  • My card was changed to a personal one (by customer care)
    • The card didn’t arrive even after a month
  • I went to downgrade
    • Found out that recently the mechanism changed and it can’t be done without customer support (who are now absent)

After all this, I went to cancel my account and found that this isn’t possible without the non-existent customer card either. This is a total scam. I will just have to report this to my credit card providers.
