Contactless/NFC doesn't work

I recently activated a new card (Curve Blue). While the Chip and PIN works well, the contactless/NFC doesn’t work (from day one). I tested the card with a NFC tool on my phone and it cannot read the chip (it does work for other contactless/NFC-based cards).

Does the NFC feature needs to be activated or is it a faulty card?

You mean the card itself, right? not using your phone? It sounds to me like a faulty card, so you will need to drop a mail to support, they will be able to help you.
