Credit not reflecting on using card at Sainsbury’s till for the refund of a returned item. Tried raising a support case via Help section in the app, as well as on the support imagine curve website under Transaction support. Haven’t received a single mail yet. Been 3-4 hours. Please help!
Credits are not instantly credited it takes up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.
If it’s still not there in 7 days time then contact customer services but until then just sit tight and relax.
