Curve account blocked for over 2 weeks and no acknowledgement from Customer Service

Curve sent me an e-mail 2.5 weeks ago requesting documentation. I provided this documentation on the same day, and have since tried:

-E-mailing the customer service team multiple times (one of which is to just even request acknowledgement that my case is being processed)
-Chat through the app only to be told “We’ll get back to you in 48h” which was well over 96h ago.

How else can I get in touch with a company that has arbitrarily suspended my account despite having provided documents requested, and chosen not to even respond to my requests? This really is dire customer service and I cannot express how disappointed I am.

Could someone PLEASE escalate my issue? I have no other recourse but to try through here.
