Curve blocked my account and closed it with my funds!

Hello.
1st December Curve blocked my account. After some emails they send me verification link. I verified my ID and today I got mail that my account is closed. Reason? Alleged violation of referral program rules. I reffer my friend in June last. In November I receive some payments from my real friend. And now Curve closed my account with £200… What I have to do? That’s my money…

Please about help because Curve support don’t want to help me…

I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do on here as we’re just fellow users. If Curve Support have closed the case then you should probably take it up with complaints@imaginecurve.com and if no luck thereafter you could refer it to the Ombudsman.
