Curve Card Details no showing in App, error message

Issue: I can’t get App to show Curve Card details, keep getting declines, saying to update Expiry Date, but app says it’s being updated

What is wrong with the App? I keep getting declines, App won’t show me card details, keep scrolling. Error message crops up and can’t get app to show me how to contact with you…this is worrying, has there been a breach?

Same issue. App says I dont have an internet connection (I do), cant view account details, and cant process a payment.

Exactly the same here. Re-installed the app but now cannot even log back in.

We are aware some customers may be having issues making payments with Curve, or with accessing features in the app. We have identified the cause and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. This incident affects: Transactions processing, Mobile wallet and wearables (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc), Mobile apps (iOS and Android), and In-app Curve tools.
