Curve Card expired

Hi, my curve card expired and i have not received a replacement. Try to sent several chat to support for the last 3 weeks but none gone through. Who and how should i contact?

Thanks, but problem is creating support ticket through the app. Each time i tried it says « message failed » or « failed to get tickets ». Been trying for 3 weeks now. Do you have an email or phone number? /
