Curve Customer service - what a disaster!

CURVE - PLEASE DO FORGET ABOUT EXPANSION TO US MARKET, IF YOU CAN’T KEEP UP A PROPER LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
It is not acceptable not to get reply from customer service within a week!!!
More than this, it is disgraceful to offer so called priority support for fee-paying customers and to leave all other customers at the end.
