Curve has been temporarily restricted

Curve Team has apply a temporary restriction on my account due to there’s some fraud payment before, the issues is been resolved, but my restrictions are stayed, Customer Team hasn’t respond me for 7 days+, please if any admin in here can help me to removed the restriction so I can carry on to use my Curve Card. Thanks
