Curve is not updating adjusted refunds?

Hey guys,

I’m having a problem controlling my refunds in Curve. For example when the merchant is taking 50 Euro at purchase and later adjusts it because for example an item was out of stock to 45…it doesn’t adjust in my Curve app. It remains the same amount and stays in pending forever. Also I get some refunds via email, but they are not properly displayed in the app, since they are deducted somewhere else…which makes it really hard to control whether I actually got refunded or not…because quite frankly, I don’t trust Curve 100% with the balances since it seems to be quite intransparent from time to time…

Anyone facing similar issues?
