Curve not working, unable to remove card

When I first installed Curve and set it up, everything worked “fine”. Now, out of nowhere, every payment terminal declines both my physical Curve card and the NFC option through Curve app it self, if I use my Visa card, everything works perfectly fine. Sometimes, the terminal sends out “Check your phone for instructions”, which I never receive, or it straight off says “Card declined”. Tried contacting support through email but never got responded back. The chat in app also doesn’t work now, “chat ended”.
