Curve Product Update March 2022
After being requested more times over the years than the team could count, we officially launched new Black Metal Curve cards in the UK and EEA!
If you want to get your hands on one for yourself then upgrade at any time through the Curve app. 
Kate Stevens, the head of our Customer Experience team, provided statistics to show the impressive work given by the team to get the ticket backlog back under control.
I’ll be working with the CX team in the coming weeks to provide the Community with an additional update on the strategy being applied by the CX team to continue building a reliable and fast service for the future.
We’ve recently changed our referral bonuses with it taking final effect today!

On 21/3/22, our engineers corrected a bug that prevented users from using Go Back In Time with transactions that triggered Anti-Embarrassment mode and therefore used a backup card to make a payment.
