Curve Rewards Not Showing


I have been using my Curve card for the last few months but my Rewards balance remains zero.

How does the Reward scheme work?

For example, one my selected retailers is Starbucks. I have a number of transactions at Starbucks using Curve (linked to my FirstDirect account). Payment goes through but nothing happens with my Rewards balance.

Any suggestions as to how I resolve this?


I’d contact support to check. I’m on the old Rewards programme but whenever I pay at a relevant retailer (e.g., Pizza Express, Boots, etc) the points just show up on the Curve Rewards virtual card.
