Curve-X wrong card type issued!

I ordered CURVE-X on the first day offered in-app. My bluecard was a blue “personal”. Now I have got a CURVE-X Business (so it states on the rear). Now I am incurring fees on payments?? I wrote support in order to reissue a curve-x as personal card, but I only got an automated answer that did not understand my question.
I spend about 70.000 GBP (in DKK) a year on curve - Why do the not even come back to me?
