Customer Service Gone Silent

Not sure if this is the right chat area, but can anyone give me an idea of how to get in touch with Customer Service that isn’t through the regular Contact Us message? I had my card swallowed by an ATM 5 days ago and have chased Curve a number of times, but they haven’t even acknowledged a message. I’m at a real loss and just want a replacement card (and ideally to know why it was kept in the first place!). Thanks :slight_smile:

You could try calling +44 20 33 222 585 and see if that’s any faster. The above is Curves 24 hour lost and stolen card line.

Alternatively you can always try Twitter and send them a tweet at @ AskCurve
