Please this is not a critic per se, I would simply like to understand if it is only my opinion or something more general.

I quite often find myself writing emails to support to communicate bugs or something not working properly in the Curve app and almost everytime I get pre prepared email that really have almost nothing to do with the issue I wrote in the first instance.

I do understand they have a lot to do and nothing of the things were major issues but would be nicer if they actually would take sometime to answer accurately to the email we sent instead of answering fast but with a bland out of focus email.

Anyone else ? Or was I the only one getting this impression ?
