Damaged Cards (Metal)

Hi all,

First time creating a new category / topic (couldn’t find one after searching)

Just had a query, is there a certain process or procedure if the metal cards, specifically, the investor metal cards, are damaged due to whatever reason such as drops/general wear and tear/etc? Unfortunately mine arrived with scrapes on it near the word investor.

Would we just simply request a new card through support at all or would it require further information from the affected users?

And also, would it be sufficient to keep the old card number or would this be changed as well?

Hey @Bradley, it’s best to get in touch with our support team about this. It would be helpful if you could provide any photos and details about the damage, as they can pass it on to our product team to investigate. They’ll also be happy to send a new card to you!
