Debited 3 times and support app not working

Hello, i made a purchase yesterday using my curve card, this morning, my n26 account was notified of 2 new payments (2 times the same amount but not the amount of the first transaction).

As top of the top, i can’t contact curve support by the application because it is not working.

What can i do ?
