Declined transctions

Good afternoon, I have not been able to reach the support service for more than a month, I have already written 4 letters, I have not received a response to one of them.
I can’t use Curve wallet at all, not a single bank card works.
I understand that most likely these are your Curve’s limits, how can I increase them? who should I contact.

Probably Curve need to verify your ID (KYC process).

If you don’t receive any answer via in-app chat, try to write on Twitter at Ask Curve - it worked for me.
