Deleting and Re-installing Curve App


I am unable to add a payment card (barclay) to the curve app. It fails at authentication stage. Have contacted barclays and they say there’s no block on my card. Curve’s BOT suggest to delete and re-install the curve app.

Has anybody in a similar situation tried that before and it worked? By deleting and re-installing the app will the already added cards will require to be added again?


I had to contact curve and they fixed it give them a buzz
